Local associations (south of the Fraser River) each field Tadpole summer ball teams and play a short summer season. Teams play "Mosquito Rules". The Tadpole summer ball schedule is completed with this Tournament in Cloverdale. All of the teams participate and are split up into 2 groups. The top 2 teams from each side move on to the semi finals. When possible, we like to have the 3rd place and 4th place teams from each side play each other as well.

We encourage our teams to play in Tournaments hosted by other associations. For Mosquito and older divisions CMBA will cover the entry fees for 1 spring tournament and 2 summer tournaments which are hosted by another association. These tournaments provide excellent development for our players.

While it is up to the discretion of each coach as to what tournament to enter their team into, CMBA encourages coaches to support tournaments hosted by associations who support our tournaments.
