Cloverdale Challenger Jamboree – Volunteers Needed
Cloverdale Minor Baseball Associatipon is working alongside the Cloverdale Challenger Baseball program to host this year’s Challenger Jamboree on Saturday, June 24. Challenger Baseball is an amazing program focused on helping kids, teens, and adults with special needs thrive, by providing them with the opportunity to play an organized sport in a supportive setting. The yearly Jamboree is an important part of this experience, and is HUGE for our 400+ players and their families! One of the most important parts of the event is the volunteers who make it happen – we’re looking for people to help with setting up the baseball diamonds, assisting with parking, running food stands, and helping out the teams. Plus, we’re looking for additional entertainers to help add to the atmosphere of the event – if you can face paint, juggle, create balloon animals, or otherwise bring a smile to the Challenger player’s faces, please reach out to Hardeep at hardeep4cm@shaw.ca. All supplies will be provided.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to help make our event a success for all our players – everyone is welcome to join our team! Please register using this link so we can provide you with a t-shirt and food on the day of the event: https://forms.gle/agnbQNp3Sb39fWSa6.
Additional information about the event and roles will be emailed out to registered volunteers, but if you have questions, please feel free to reach out to our volunteer coordinator Ryley at cloverdalechallenger@gmail.com
