With 2019 winding down, we now look forward towards the 2020 season.
The January training sessions will run 3 days a week and will be open to anyone who would like to play at the College Prep level. This will be the last time the coaching staff will have the opportunity to evaluate
players for the 2020 season.
Sessions will be in one-hour time slots and will be determined by a sign up method.
The sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Sessions include but not exclusive to baseball activities, which include hitting, throwing, pitching, fielding and speed and agility training.
Winter training sessions will last 2-3 weeks and will run from Jan. 6th-25th. From there we will finalize the College Prep roster, have one-on-one meetings and then announce our roster. Cost of these sessions will
be $50 for 9 sessions.

Schedule and Training Plan
Monday and Wednesday Nights - 7-9pm at Cloverdale Batting Cage
These sessions will focus on baseball activities consisting of hitting sessions with defensive days mixed in.
Saturday Morning - 8-10am at Cloverdale Batting Cage
Will be focused on speed and agility as well as position specific practices, which include throwing program, bullpens and live hitting situations.
We encourage all players that would like to play for the Cloverdale Nationals next year to attend all sessions. There will not be a formal tryout for the College prep team, so these practices, including the Fall and Winter training sessions, will be the last time the coaching staff will evaluate players.

Arizona Trip- March 15h -19th
A formal meeting will be planned for Wednesday, Jan. 8th at the Cloverdale Ball Park meeting room to go over the itinerary of the trip, the logistics, games and expectations for the trip. Everyone is welcomed to attend to receive more information. Costs will be provided as well. This is not a mandatory trip by any means, but is a great opportunity for exposure as well as team bonding and getting out of the cold weather. Our season will start in early April so these games do help us be prepared for those games.
If you have questions or would like clarification on the next few weeks, please let me know.
Thanks, Coach Bob
