The Cloverdale Ball Park is located at 17383 61A Avenue in Surrey.
Cloverdale Minor is governed by boundaries that are set out by BC Minor. If you reside outside these boundaries then a release form will be required from your area's current catchment Association President and the CMBA President.

Please note that for Challenger Division, there are no geographic boundaries. Players can live in any association catchment and play for Cloverdale.
Divisions are determined by a child’s age in the current calendar year. Please see our registration form for further information.

All Registrations for Cloverdale Minor Baseball are done on-line. In order to register you will need to have an account.
Please visit the home page and click on Create Account in the upper left corner of the page.
The online registration session for the Spring Season will open in mid-December of the year prior. An email notification will go out through the system accounts to notifiy users when Registration is open.
Once you have completed the on-line registration process on you will need to print off the receipt and submit the form and any necessary cheques as outlined during the process.
The form and cheques can mailed in or dropped off at our Registration Days in January at the Cloverdale Ball Park Clubhouse.

***Please note that in person cheque drop off may not be possible for the 2021 Season due to current COVID Restrictions. To avoid registration issues, please mail all deposit and/or payments in as soon as possible***

We understand that some may wonder why the refund amount is 85% of the Registration fees. However, prior to starting each season there are expenses that are incurred that can not be carried forward to future seasons. While items like baseballs and hats can be carried forward there are other expenses like coach development, insurance, facility rentals for assessments, website & advertising costs, etc. that cannot. By retaining a small portion of the fees (or allowing deferrals) this ensures that Cloverdale Minor Baseball is in a viable position to offer baseball to the youth of Cloverdale in future years.
If you selected the off-line payment option during the registration process, you will need to provide up to three cheques for registration per child:

Any registration that is received after February 15th will be considered a Late Registration and subject to a $35 Late Fee.
Blastball thru Super-T is March 15th and subject to a $20 Late Fee.
By waiting to register, you are also taking a chance that your child could be placed on a waiting list for their division.
CMBA pays for the team pictures out of the registration fee. Additional pictures are purchased separately on Picture Day.
Your cheque is held by our Registrar until July 1st. If we do not receive your child’s uniform back, washed, your cheque is then turned over to our Treasurer for cashing.
Your cheques are held by our Registrar until July 1st, and then destroyed. In order to keep association costs down, we do not mail them back.

Fall Ball season runs from about the last week of August until around mid October. Fall ball teams are formed from kids who will be playing in the Pee Wee and Bantam divisions in the Next spring season. In other words, the Pee Wee fall ball team would be made up of kids who played 2nd year Mosquito or 1st year Pee Wee this year. The Bantam team would be made up of kids who played 2nd year Pee Wee or 1st year Bantam this year.
