Like many youth associations, we are completely volunteer. 100% of the registration fees go to support the programs for our kids.
Registration for Spring 2021 is now LIVE for Tadpole to Midget! Blastball to Super-T will be open in Early January.
*Please note you are still required to register via the Spring 2021 Registration site even if you deferred your 2020 Spring Fees.
Registration must completed through the on-line registration page. The spring baseball season runs from approximately early April to late June each year.

Registration Form and Cheque Submittal Process required for all Registration except Challenger Division
1.Upon completion of your online registration print off your form that you receive via email, you will see an alphanumeric “Order Number” that is unique to that registration. This number must be recorded on all cheques submitted to CMBA. We must have a way to cross reference your cheque(s) to your child. If we are unable to cross reference we will be asking you for another cheque made out correctly.
2.If you selected “Off-Line” Registration payment please complete a cheque made payable to CMBA for the appropriate amount based on Registration level, and made out for the current date. (We do not accept postdated cheques for registration). Multiple Registrations can be combined into one cheque.
3.If you selected “Off-Line” payment for your Volunteer Opt out please complete a cheque made payable to CMBA for $150.00 and made out to for the current date. (We do not accept postdated cheques for Volunteer Opt out). Multiple Opt outs can be combined into one cheque.
4.Volunteer Deposit Cheque - Complete your $175.00 cheque made payable to C.M.B.A. postdated for May 1, 2021. We need a separate cheque for every registered player (DO NOT COMBINE VOLUNTEER DEPOSITS). Volunteer cheques are not required for the Junior Mens Division. ***If you deferred your 2020 Spring fees to 2021 this is STILL Required
5.Uniform Deposit Cheque - Complete your $175.00 cheque made payable to C.M.B.A. postdated for May 1, 2021. We need a separate cheque for every registered player (DO NOT COMBINE UNIFORM DEPOSITS) Uniform deposits are not required for Blastball, T-Ball, Bantam AAA, Midget AAA or Junior Mens. ***If you deferred your 2020 Spring fees to 2021 this is STILL Required
6.Mail the form along with the cheque(s) to:

Note: Player registrations received without all of the necessary cheques will not be registered.*This includes 2020 deferrals, deposit cheques are required to complete registration.

Registrations received after February 15th must include a $35 late fee, except for Blastball to Super T which is March 15th with a fee of $20. ***Please note these late fees do apply to deferrals as well so please get them in prior to these dates to not incur further charges
We will guarantee* a spot on a team for all registrations received by the published deadlines. After that date we will decide the number of teams to be formed per division, and we can only accept further late registrations until each of those teams is full (we will not add additional players onto a team with a full roster).
* For some divisions this may depend on ability to add an additional team to the division, and on the availability of coaches for the additional team.
