Association Boundaries

Cloverdale Minor Baseball's catchment area is now defined as:

  • The northern boundary is 76 Avenue from 152 Street in the west to 172 Street, north along 172 Street to 88 Avenue, and along 88 Avenue to 196 Street in the east.
  • The western boundary is 152 Street from 76 Avenue in the north to 40 Avenue in the south.
  • The eastern boundary is 196 Street from 88 Avenue in the north to 40 Avenue in the south.
  • The southern boundary follows the Earl Marriott Secondary School boundary, of 40 Avenue from 196 Street in the east to 176 Street, then angling northwest to intersect the Serpentine River and following the Serpentine River to 152 Street in the west.

NOTE 1: Players who live within the Fleetwood area bounded by 76 Avenue on the south, 152 Street on the west, 196 Street on the east, 86 Ave on the north from 152 Street to 168 Street, and 88 Avenue on the north from 168 Street to 172 Street, and who were registered in Cloverdale as of March 31, 2009, are grandfathered as part of an agreement with Surrey Canadian Baseball and BC Minor.

NOTE 2: Players who live within the South Surrey area bounded by 40 Avenue on the north, 152 Street on the west, and 196 Street on the East, and who were registered in Cloverdale as of May 31, 2009, are grandfathered as part of an agreement with White Rock South Surrey Baseball and BC Minor.
