Registration

Like many youth associations, we are completely volunteer. 100% of the registration fees go to support the programs for our kids.  Our registration rates fund areas like investement in player and coach development, uniforms, equipment, investment into our facilities, and much more.

Registration must be completed through the on-line registration page. The spring baseball season runs from approximately early April to late June each year.

We will guarantee* a spot on a team for all registrations received by the published deadlines that are made through our online resgitration system. Registration is a first come, first serve basis and some divisions may fill sooner than posted dates requiring that division to go into a "waitlist".

After that date we will decide the number of teams to be formed per division, and we can only accept further late registrations until each of those teams is full (we will not add additional players onto a team with a full roster).

*For some divisions this may depend on ability to add an additional team to the division, and on the availability of coaches for the additional team.

Please check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) tab for more information.

For Spring season registrations, families must complete a volunteer shift PER each child registered within the organization. Volunteering within the association ranges from a variety of positions or duties, the most common being to perform a shift within the concession.

You child/ren WILL NOT be placed on a team until your deposit cheque(s) is received. Players who are Tadpole and older MUST bring the deposit cheque(s) to their assessments or make other arrangements if unable to attend.

For Blastball - Super T, post dated cheque(s) are required for June 1st made out to Cloverdale Minor Baseball. Please indicate your child's name and level of play in the "memo" area of the cheque.

REMINDER: 1 cheque is needed PER child registered. Please send your cheque(s) to: Box 34163 – 17790 #10 Highway Surrey, BC V3S 8C4

***Should you have an outstanding fee from not completeing your volunteer requirements from the previous season nor did not pay the deposit fee, Cloverdale Minor will not place your child/ren on a team until your account is paid up in full.***

Season Registration

EXCITING NEWS - Cloverdale Minor is Partnering With Newton Canadians Baseball for the 2025 Season!

The upcoming 2025 baseball registration will bring exciting changes to our local baseball association. We are excited to be partnering with our BC Minor Baseball Association (BCMBA) neighbor Newton Canadian Baseball Association. The combined goal is to work closely together to bring the best player/team development model to Surrey under this new vision in partnering together that will encompass working together in all respective BCMBA divisions from 5U through 18U.

What does this mean for Cloverdale Players and families? Well, first, it means more amazing families and players will be coming together to forge strong friendships and enjoy the game of baseball! It means more fields for practices and games, more great coaching staff, and additional resources to make the game of baseball stronger for the upcoming season!  It also means that there may be more travel for games and practices. With our partnership with Newton Canadians baseball, we will also be using Unwin Park for practices and games during the 2025 season. More information on our great partnership will be provided as we continue to get closer to the start of the 2025 season!

Division FULL?

Please contact the division coordinator to be added to the 'waitlist' for that division.  We will try to accommodate but cannot make any guarantees.
